When it comes to crashing a car, even when you aren’t injured, it always hurts. But how the hell did this $4.5 million worth LaFerrari went off the road?
I tell from my last experience, when I crashed my car. I understeered out of the corner, scratched the front bumper and damaged my headlight (read more about that..). It still hurts deep in my heart, when I think of it.
Now imagine the pain when you wreck a LaFerrari. I think that the right jab to the ribs feels just a bit more intense.
The wreck happened at the Ferrari Cavalcade, a trip geared toward the Ferrari faithful that lets them drive their own cars through the Italian countryside.
A red LaFerrari from Hong Kong lost control and went off the road in the locality of Cademai in Cortina d’Amprezzo. I think we don't need to remind you that only 499 have been built, available only to serious Ferrari collectors, and they’re all sold out.
However, the red supercar managed to hit a Lancia Ypsilon and take down an "El Zoco" restaurant sign. It’s unknown how this crash occurred, aside from the fact that none of the car’s occupants were hurt. But it is kind of impressive. I mean, having a LaFerrari crash into your crappy little car is a great honor, isn’t it?
